| Rusty Autrey, Guitar Rusty is from Columbia, South Carolina- but lived in Nashville in 1991 & 1992 while touring with Sony Epic recording artist Dixiana. They toured with artist such as Kenny Rogers, Brooks & Dunn, and Billy Ray Cyrus to name a few… also playing shows such as Farm Aid lV with John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson. Rusty has toured all over the U.S. and Canada playing major cities and venues including Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Dallas, and of course, Nashville. He has also made several national television appearances with that band. While living in Nashville, Rusty was also honing his writing skills, writing songs for Hori Pro publishing company where he had several songs published and pitched to major artist such as Marty Stewart, Tanya Tucker, and Wynonna. rejoined his former band, Along For The Ride, who was presented with the “Group Of The Year”
award in 1995 and 1996 by the S.C. Entertainment Commission and the Lieutenant Governors
office making them the 1st band to receive that award 2 years in a row, earning them a spot in S.
C. Hall Of Fame. This award was given to Hootie and the Blowfish previously. He is currently in the
band Nuklhed which is a classic rock band and plays frequently with other local bands as well as
doing studio work and He is a staff musician at his church which is a satellite campus of one of the
largest churches in the country.
